The hotel seems very old to me. The smell is not good. There is no blackout on the window. The air conditioning seems very old and does not work well. I was in Buenos Aires in the winter, but when I arrived it was 17°C, which with the window closed, seemed very stuffy. I had to open the window. The quality of the towels is very poor and very dirty. The breakfast is very basic. You even have to pay for the egg you order. Honestly, I do not recommend it!

Best thinng for me was the location of the hotel, we got everywhere with ease. Reception staff was so nice,we asked to change room at checkin because we were near the elevator and they helped us find the perfect room. The room itself was nice, clean and suited our needs. Breakfast was good

The only reason I'm giving this hotel an average is because when I checked in to room 608, when I went to get in shower water just dribbled out, sink only hot water side came on, so asked for another room, given 103, almost same plumbing issues but given 2 twin beds hard as a Rock, then finally 204 which I stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast is modest & ok. Night manager Jonathan was a delight to converse with on my 1st sleepless night from jetlag. Hotel is nestled between many streets lined with tons of shopping and eateries. Rooms are modest not at all updated, but has good working ac, and refrigerator. I'd say I'd stay again but this is probably my last time in Argentina. Happy stays.

Cons: 1. If you need the Internet, you will have to buy 4g because the hotel's Internet does not work. 2. The bathtub had no lid and cannot be used. 3. Very simple breakfast. Pro: 1. The staff are very polite.

Bad hotel. The photos are deceptive. The rooms are small and need a lot of maintenance. At one point we had no water. The internet is terrible. The breakfast is very basic. I really wouldn't recommend it.

For those who haven't visited Buenos Aires yet and want to walk to Plaza de Mayo and Puerto Madeiro, the hotel is well located. It's simple, but it's modern. It has a safe. A minibar. A TV. Wooden floors. The Wi-Fi works, but I found it slow. There are soaps and shampoo. The price is very good, considering that breakfast is included. But since I only stayed one night and left early in the morning, I can't rate it. For those who leave early in the morning like me, there is a paid transfer service to the airport, which costs 3,600.00 pesos (US$7.00 for the blue dollar).

Terrible hotel, mediocre breakfast, poorly located, old, they have a fake complaints book and they direct satisfaction surveys to a private page to prevent comments from appearing on Tripadvisor, Booking, etc. There are better hotels.
