Excellent location! near restaurants, coffee shops, trains, subway, etc. Secure place to visit with family. Hotel infrastructure is enough to pass a good rest after business activities, there is free parking in the street.

Very friendly people, to attend to issues, such as guidance, regarding means of transportation. VERY clean and comfortable hotel. Although it has other services (spa etc.), I did not use them. Pretty good breakfast, in relation to other experiences, in other hotels with similar characteristics.

The location of the hotel was excellent for what I needed. The treatment of the staff was very warm and I highlight their kindness, especially during check-in. The breakfast was not very varied but everything I tried was very delicious and very well presented (I didn't need anything else). The room was very comfortable, clean and comfortable. It was a very short stay at the hotel but I felt very comfortable. I stayed in room 404.

Terrible service at the KER VILLA URQUIZA I went for the carnival and they didn't fulfill anything they said, my friend and I paid for the spa promo that came with a jacuzzi hour and 30 minutes of relaxing massages. When we asked for an appointment for the massages they charged us separately and the jacuzzi When we arrived the cleaning girl told us that only 45 minutes because she had to clean. Aside from that, when we asked for the massage service, which although it came in the promo, it came and they didn't want to acknowledge it, they gave me 1 hour because they wanted a massage even though they had scheduled me for 30 minutes, I paid for the 30 minutes because they told me so and at the same time The next day before I went to have breakfast, the girl at the reception pressured my friend and me to pay for those extra 30 minutes. A disappointment because they do not respect the schedules and give you things that you did not ask for. I do not recommend it.

I was there four days. Three times I had to request that the room be cleaned. The toilet was clogged the entire time, three times they went with a soup and "that's it." They offer a relieving masseuse service. I requested an appointment for Monday the 16th. They did not answer me. I asked for Wednesday the 18th and they accommodated me at 10:00. On Tuesday the 17th they told me that it was being suspended because the masseuse couldn't. They agreed to find out if there would be any shift before Thursday the 19th when I retired. They never answered me. The staff is quite inattentive. They should put up a sign that says "Your question bothers US"
