Excellent hotel, very good facilities, very complete breakfast, all very comfortable.

Nice location with very clean rooms, most the places that we wanted to visit. 10-20min walking distance, for longer trips we used Uber . But best part during our visit was the front desk staff, Zaria and Nestor was exceptionally nice and super professional. Zaire made sure that we have best possible experience during our visit in hotel and even giving us tips where to go and what to visit . Overall A++ Thank you .

The Park Tower Hotel is a large convention center hotel connected to the Sheraton next door. The lobby is enormous and the rooms are pretty large also. It is located next to Plaza San Martin and a 10 minute walk to the Puerto Madero or a ld port area. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - concierge recommended a restaurant and got us a reservation and a taxi to dinner our first night, recommended a theatre for dinner and a tango show and made our reservations which included transportation, directed us to a money exchange location close by and also pointed us to an ATM just across the street. The hotel is very clean and bright. There is a nice bar in the Sheraton right across the hall and also an 2 restaurants, one in the Park Tower and one in the Sheraton and while they are good, there are much better steak restaurants close by. It’s a good clean, safe hotel and I would stay there again.

This beautiful hotel is perfectly situated on the edge of Palermo Soho, so that everything you need is within a few minutes walk, yet there is peace and quiet of an evening. With the hotel being on the smaller side, there is more time for attention and detail to the residents, for example, every morning there was news left outside the room that was country specific for each resident. Also, every evening we returned to chocolates on the bed with a forecast for the next 24 hrs. Both small gestures that go a long way. The staff were incredibly professional and so helpful, from providing maps/directions and guidance, but even making dinner and event reservations on our behalf to assist with any language barriers. The only feedback I would offer is that the main entrance is locked overnight and opened by the Concierge. While this is great security, one evening the Concierge was not present and we had to wait five minutes outside which was not ideal. Whether we were lucky, or could have been standing there for longer is unknown. Having a card reader to access the main entrance could overcome this. However, the trip was amazing and the hotel was worth every penny!

The arrival very well the boy at the door in the mornings, throughout the stay, the staff in the afternoon, did not even want to open the door even though it was raining. The attention service in parts, derogatory, and the prices do not coordinate with those of the network. On the internet they promise 5,000 pesos and at the entrance the man asked me for 14,000 pesos. The next day, however, I heard that another man was being asked for 5,000 pesos each night. Something like that is unacceptable and doubtful. The bathtub without a plug, the curtains dirty and the tv did not work well. Bed and mattress fine but blankets are missing, it was cold. Very slow internet in the rooms. Generally good, to get out of trouble.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the obelisk and opposite the Clone Opera House. Hotel facilities are old, but very clean, very historic hotel. The front desk service is OK, the male waiters are generally average, and the waitresses are very enthusiastic. Breakfast is not bad.

We just spent a week in Buenos Aires and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrific. The room was a bit small but still quite manageable. Bring slippers, as the tile floor in the room gets quite cold. I'd also recommend you bring a few coat hangars with you, the wire type you get from your dry cleaners that you don't mind leaving behind. There isn't a hairdryer in the room but you can get one from the front desk. You can also get an iron and ironing board from housekeeping if you need them. There is no U.S. type electrical outlet in the room but there is one European type. The included breakfast was adequate--pastries, cold cuts, dry cereal, cheese, coffee, tea, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. If you arrive early, the front desk will store your luggage for you until your room is ready. There are plenty of attractions within walking distance of the hotel, as well as excellent restaurants. Just a block away is a small, family-run place called Viejo Alsina that features excellent food at a very inexpensive price. The famous San Telmo Market is an easy half-,mile walk. For some reason Uber cannot pick you up or drop you off near the hotel. It's about a quarter-mile to the nearest pickup point. However, the car service (Talixo) we booked to and from the airport was allowed to pull up at the lobby door. That was $74 round trip. All in all, this hotel was perfect and the price was a bargain ($321 for the week). That may have been the winter rate, but winter is the best time to visit BA.

The rooms are very spacious and the staff were extremely helpful. The old totally situated in a central location and easy access to all the various sites. The staff were extremely helpful with any problems we had and were also willing to provide us directions and information to local tourist sites

Fierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though. The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room. We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious. The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines. The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great! We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm. I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!
