The hotel is located in the ancient city and can walk to all major attractions. It was originally a very advantageous location, but because the ancient city is undergoing road renovation and road repairs, the roads are broken and closed, so online ride-hailing vehicles are unwilling to enter. Hopefully the road will improve after it's repaired.
The hotel staff were polite and spoke good English. On the first night, there was a sound of boiling water in the room. After I reported it, I was immediately moved to another room. The staff was very friendly.
The hotel entrance is hard to find, it is recommended to have a sign at the hotel entrance.
Although the hotel breakfast is not a buffet, it is very rich and delicious, with both Western and local foods.

I don’t know if it’s a B&B or a family hotel? The woman shown in Figure 2 is entering the Kucardos Boutique Hotel, not the larger door on the left. If it wasn't for the chartered driver to deliver it, I probably wouldn't have found it myself. The hotel is very small, but the room is quiet and the air conditioning is sufficient, which effectively combats the 40℃+ heat in Bukhara. Breakfast is prepared for each person, and the waiter serves it immediately when he sees us entering the restaurant without ordering. The location is excellent, right on the edge of the ancient city of Bukhara, making it convenient for us to hike into the city many times day and night. The lady boss is also friendly and her English is surprisingly fluent, making communication easy.

The hotel is very adequate for what is needed in a tourist city like Bukhara.
The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast, as it was very simple. Otherwise we liked the place, the people and its location.

A hotel similar to a B&B, it is very close to the ancient city. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the core area of the ancient city. The waiters at the front desk were very friendly and could communicate in English throughout the entire process.
