The hotel is in the new city, but it is only 3km away from the old city. There is a shopping center next to it, there is a big supermarket inside, and there is a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite big and clean, that is, the mattress is hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.
The room is relatively large, the facilities are general, and the location is a bit from the old city attractions. In addition to the front desk, the room attendant will not speak English. When the first day of check-in, the room provided one person's slippers and towels. The request was added the next day. Even one day, half of the cleaning was cleaned...

SSoka18Very brandnew, clean.(started end of 2024)
People are very nice and polite. I left early morning to board on a train, they gave me a breakfast set in a bag.
FFCQMercure hotel is such a lovely gem in Bukhara. We’d stayed for 4 nights and everything was amazing. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful with contemporary designs and a touch of traditional charm! We loved the swimming pool and hamman on site and used them every day. We also enjoyed going to Saffron, the restaurant/bar within the hotel, with amazing food, nice ambience, and a spacious terrace overlooking the old town. Even though the hotel is located at the edge of the old town, it’s walkable to the main sights in 15 mins. We absolutely adored this place and highly recommend it to those who are visiting Bukhara!!
CChureneryiThe location is great and the family is very kind, but the room is not great, the bed is small, there is no hot water kettle, and the door is very old. The breakfast was good, with two poached eggs and some fruit. I think the family was very considerate.
XXiaoyantongxueThis hotel is outside the city, but there is a small road to the hotel, ten minutes to 15 minutes to walk. The positioning of the hotel is correct, and the positioning on Baidu is wrong. The hotel feels like a family-style service hotel. The rooms are very good, very clean and relatively large. It is also a middle and upper level in the local area. There is a swimming pool throughout the hotel, there is a large living room that can also change money, and the exchange rate is not bad. The service staff is very warm, especially the elderly couple is very friendly to us. English is also good. You can see the photos in the room.
MMladenowskiWe enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center.
PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.
GGuest UserThe location is very good. You are right in the middle of a bunch of ancient buildings and ruins. It has a strong historical atmosphere and you can reach all the attractions on foot. It is very comfortable to stroll around in the morning and evening. The hotel facilities are new, clean, and have Grohe bathroom facilities. Warm service and comfortable stay.
FFirstmanonearthNew place that feels more intimate than your typical hotel. Family that runs it is Nice. The reception lady, her name is Malika, was very hospitable and helpful with directions. The room itself felt more like an apartment than a sterile hotel room. Bathroom much bigger than pictures suggest and the bathtub was very roomy. I had a relaxed stay. Be advised that the sauna and the pool is a separate payment. Also, breakfast is included in the price, despite what trip.com says. Very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is not buffet style, but rather set up on your own table at their restaurant. Still it was very delicious and more than enough (dried blueberries, nuts, assorted bread, jam, butter, three kinds of cheese, sour cream, ham, sausage, egg, and some dessert). I requested for rice and they promptly provided it.
WWanhuatongWyndham Hotel is positioned as high-end in Bukhara. The hotel is good overall, and its level in all aspects is higher than other local hotels. The room is clean, spacious, and has a private balcony, although the view outside the window is not very good. The breakfast variety is average, but the taste is okay. The hotel sells miniature paintings and traditional clothing and scarves downstairs. The price is more expensive than the market, but the quality is much better. I bought the same scarf and clothes for comparison. The quality and details can be multiplied by more than 3 times. The miniature painting is a small team of painters. It is more delicate and exquisite than the small shop on Afanti Street in Bukhara, but it is inferior to the painter Friuz, and the price is also in between.
SSonny427About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times. Every time I called a taxi, the location here seemed to be inaccurate. The breakfast was not very good, there was no milk.
The average price for hotels in Bukhara is AED 210 on weekdays, and AED 209 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
