Overall the apartment is cozy. We loved the stay. The swimming pool is very basic type just meant for kids. There is a table tennis and a simple gym for guests. The apartment is clean. However after the next day os our stay, my wife's eyes was bitten by some bugs which we found at the master bedroom. Her face and eyes got swollen badly. I search online and found out that these bugs are very poisonous. I know the hotel management can't control the bugs from flying into the unit. But we as guests shouldn't suffer this kind of painful experience too. The management has yet revert me of what action should I take now.. I am writing this review so that all guests should always check their unit for these flying bugs. Other than that, this apartment is a good choice to stay. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

The whole is clean and the waiter is friendly. But the toilet is not separated from wet and dry, and some rooms are allowed to smoke, so there is some smoke. There is a food court nearby, and there is a stall of chicken rice that is delicious.

The environment is comfortable and the price is reasonable. It is difficult to see the correct parking space. There is a 7-11 convenience store nearby. Free coffee and tea are provided, and there is a kettle.

Vince Villa is full of great art and elegant decoration. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Bukit Mertajam.

The hotel is very clean and the service is also very good. The fan is broken. We checked in very late and we probably didn't have to rush to replace it. In summary, it is very good, comfortable and clean. I will come again next time.

It is a 20-minute walk from Bukit Mertajam train station. The apartment suite is very clean. You can join WeChat and get a password to enter. WeChat replies very quickly. It's a 15-minute walk from Bo Kung Temple + market, convenient for eating, and SKF is next door. Stay one day and stay another day. FOR eat eat eat

Not really worth the money. No tv, no kettle, not even a mineral water provided! No iron and hair dryer. Just a place to sleep. Not recommended for leisure, just to have a good sleep.
