Stay for 3 day 2 night.
1. Check in was smooth.
2. Assigned room at level 11 over 12.
3. My room view B. Mertajam area and paddy field was great and nice.
4. Everything inside the room looks old include the pool area at level 3A.
5. Iron station at level 6 very very creapy. Suggestion bring your own iron & not going there alone.
6. Hotel area at night very creapy and not suggest go alone at carpark area plus go out after 10pm.
7. Towel and mattress looks like old.

Location very strategic but the place look like abandon and old building and the cleanliness was quite fair. Overall for 1 night stay for a business trip meet the purpose.

The toilet was dirty. Especially the toilet bowl
The bedsheet was smelly
The pillowcase was dirty and smelly
The lobby was hot.
I pity the front desk officer who has to man the counter to be working in such hot environment.
The management ought to do something to rectify all the above issues.
Saving grace? The view. Since the room overlooking the small town.
