not all the pillow but some pillow with mark, looks disgusting!
for the bathroom part, i was stayed for 2 days, but every time after like 5 mins later i was in flooded in bathroom with shower rain🤦🏿♀️⋯⋯and i had to tun off the tap let the water flow out to drain then i continue to shower🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️
for the tv there is no astro

Good location nearby restaurants ,aeon mall and lotus, value for money, and the staff are helpful, but the tv doesn't have many channels to watch, not soundproof, but overall good.

It was a good experience except the small room and bad sound insulation. There was a group family quite annoying at night (after 11pm) and the early morning (8am). They quarreled seriously and affected our sleeping quality.

Maybe short of manpower daily room cleaning until 4-5pm yet done, and if you were in your room they will just skip your room instead of asking you whether you need the service or not (even you upfront informed the front desk you need the room cleaning service everyday)
