Nice hotel in Nusantara.It is far from Balikpapan but prob should have shuttle service from Balikpapan.
Food should be alot better in taste and presentation.

Baru saja menginap di Swissôtel Nusantara, dan pengalaman saya dan keluarga sungguh luar biasa! Dari awal check-in hingga check-out, pelayanan yang diberikan sangat profesional dan penuh keramahan.
Secara khusus, saya ingin mengapresiasi Mbak Teta dan Mas Bregas, yang sangat membantu selama kami menginap. Mereka tidak hanya ramah, tetapi juga sigap dalam memenuhi setiap kebutuhan kami dengan senyum dan pelayanan terbaik.
Fasilitas hotel sangat lengkap, kamar nyaman dengan desain modern, dan makanan di restoran hotel juga enak. Lokasinya strategis, bisa jalan kaki ke istana negara.
