Welcome to a nice and individually located cabin in northern Bohuslän, close to both lakes, mountains and the sea.The cabin is located near the big lake Bullaresjön and on the northern shore you can both swim and rent a canoe for lovely paddle trips or why not take the opportunity to fish your own dinner in the form of perch or pike (fishing license is required). Should you not get any fish, there is a nice restaurant nearby. For those who want to bring their own canoe, this cabin is a great choice and for those who like nature experiences there is plenty of untouched nature and rich wildlife, do not forget the camera!Outside the cabin you may be lucky to see a moose strolling by in the early morning or in the beginning of dusk. During late summer and in autumn there are both berries and mushrooms in the woods. The cabin is cozy inside, with three bedrooms; two larger ones and one a bit smaller. Bathroom with wc, shower and washing machine. Living room with sofa and TV, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and a mini-kitchen with a workbench. From the kitchen you enter the newly built, lovely decorated dining room where you enjoy your meals. Outside there are generous green spaces and garden that invites to all kinds of play and games. In the area there are great hiking trails (Bohusleden) and various excursions like Älgafallet, a magnificent waterfall with 46 m altitude, well worth a visit. The river above the waterfall is the border between Sweden and Norway. Take a trip (about 45 km) across the border to Norway and Halden for a visit to the fortress Fredrikstens fästning, or why not to Strömstad (about 30 km). A city by the sea with a large selection of activities during the summer, rich restaurant life, nice shopping in small shops and if you feel like a salty dip in the summer heat, it´s a short distance to the cliffs and sea or the bathing boats out to one of the islands in the Strömstad archipelago. From Strömstad there is also a ferry to Koster Islands, Swedens most western islands with a resident population.Show More
