This hotel is a good starting point for excursions. It is located very centrally, you can also walk to the town and try the restaurants. The rooms are of poor quality. We haven't had any luck, but they moved us the next day. The cafeteria is always open for drinks or snacks. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the free parking, which is right in front.

The food is wonderful and at a very good price, the special treatment, very spacious and clean rooms, it is very central to visit the wine museum, Salto del Usero, Casa Pepe Masilla, 10 minutes from Caravaca de la Cruz. A place worth visiting

The worst experience of my life. The hotel had broken doors, we ate macaroni all three days (both day and night) and thank goodness it was a buffet. The waiter serving barefoot (not even in the jungle...). The water was not even bottled, just from the tap. The air conditioning was removed without permission at night (COVID excuse).

El hotel está bien situado, a medio camino entre Murcia y Caravaca de la Cruz. Se accede muy bien ya que está junto a la carretera. Las habitaciones son cómodas, aunque les falta algún repaso (grietas, muebles viejos con quemaduras de cigarros, etc). El mayor problema es el ruido, y no de los coches. Pasillos con eco, muy molesto cuando pasa la gente. Si alguien en el hotel tira de la cadena, se oye en todas las habitaciones. Lo peor es que el servicio de limpieza comienza a "hacer" las habitaciones a las 8 de la mañana, sin tener en cuenta al resto de huéspedes, con lo que el descanso acaba pronto. Tienen demasiada prisa teniendo en cuenta que el check out es bastante más tarde. Por favor, cuiden estos detalles.

Para ser un hotel de 3 *** tiene varios detalles sin arreglar: El soporte de la ducha estaba roto y no se podía colocar la manera en la pared. Las bombillas del espejo del cuarto de baño no tienen tulipa. Una bombilla estaba fundida y rota y la otra da mala imagen sin la tulipa. Se ve que hay un poco dejadez. El precio me pareció muy alto 70€ la noche sin desayuno, cuando el precio oficial según el listado que el hotel tiene, es de 45€ la noche individual.

Absolutamente nefasto . Nos entregaron una habitación con el WC sucio y además llegamos a las 01:30 de la madrugada, después de un acto, y la cama no tenía sabanas ! Tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que pusieran las sábanas , jamas nos había ocurrido . No lo recomendamos en absoluto
