This Asheville vacation rental is located in Candler and is approximately 16 minutes from downtown Asheville. Important Property Notes • Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment. • ATVs or Motorcycles are not permitted due to a local ordinance, thank you. • 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended.
