The place was not clean, there was no room service, nothing at all. It was like a pg. Bathroom flush was not working.

Nice staff, great facility. Hiegine is mentain everywhere. Powerbackup is sometime poor. Overall experience is good.

Very supportive staff, neat and clean room, fast service and hotel in good location. Sir i have to checkout 4th feb 2023 before 12 pm. But i paid amount up to 5th february. So i request to return amount of 1 day. I am talking about ganga palace hotel mathura. As per staff i discussed within 10 minutes hot water will come.

full of negativity.
there was a wrost experience of stay in pearl inn hotel. there was lake of housekeeping , rooms was so dirty, bedsheet was dirty, i had asked to change but they refused to change.
