The hotel customer service was excellent, we are Ugandans and love purr local food, the food was excellent. The hotel room was very basic, did not meet our expectations of a 'delux' room. There was no where to unpack and hang clothes, no waste bin, only one chair in the room. However all in all it was a functional room.
The tour guide Joel was excellent going above and beyond to make our hike and tour of Sipi falls memorable.
