lovely location and facilities, we had a overnight stay and will book again, great hotel, good parking, and good restaurant, the spa/therme is stunning and relaxed, I would also mention the helpful english speaking staff. would recommend and will stay again

Wonderful service, clean spacious rooms, great breakfasts and dinners and, of course, thermal pools with saunas. Comfortable beds, silence, everything you need for a quality rest.Great stay at a good price.

Es war alles sehr stimmig, tolle Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück und Abendessen kann man nur mit " sehr gut " bewerten, das Gleiche trifft auch auf den Thermen-, Fitness-, Wellness- und Saunabereich zu. Den einen oder anderen Abend kann man sehr schön an der gemütlichen Hotelbar ausklingen lassen.

Ein Hotel am Ortsrand von Burg direkt an der Therme gelegn, mit eigenem Zugang zur Therme (morgens ab 8 Uhr nutzbar für Hotelgäste). Zimmer funktional eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett, bodenhohe Fenster (mit Mückengitter bei einem) und begehbarer Dusche. Leider ohne Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Bar und Restaurantbereich sehr großzügig eingerichtet, man kommt sich auch bei ausgebuchtem Hotel nicht in die quere. Auch Terasse vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet ist klasse (5*), ebenso wie das Abendbuffet. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen. Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön an einem Fließ, aus den Panoramafenstern im Restaurant kann man beim (zeitigen) Frühstück Rehe, Hasen und Silberreiher beobachten. Das Essen, ob Frühstück oder Abendbüfett, ist reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und immer sehr lecker. Hier sollte jeder etwas finden was ihm schmeckt. Wir finden auch das Personal hervorragend, flink und professionell und von einer Freundlichkeit die richtig authentisch wirkt. Das betrifft alle Bereiche mit denen wir Kontakt hatten. Die angeschlossene Therme ist immer im Preis einer Übernachtung inbegriffen, man hat jederzeit Zugang. Gebrauchte Saunatücher werden auf Wunsch am Service der Therme gegen neue getauscht. Auch in der Therme müssen wir das Personal loben, egal ob am Tresen oder beim Aufguss. Außerdem wird auch darauf geachtet, dass Liegen nicht für einen längeren Zeitraum blockiert werden, obwohl keiner darauf liegt. So ist eigentlich immer Platz für alle. Das haben wir auch in anderen Thermen schon anders erlebt. Zu erwähnen ist auch, dass es überall sehr sauber ist. Vorteilhaft finden wir auch, dass der Parkplatz beim Hotel kostenfrei ist. Die Gegend ist schön, gut geeignet für alle Naturfreunde. Kajak, Fahrrad (kann man alles in Burg auch leihen) oder laufen, alles ist möglich. Wir waren schon mehrfach hier zu Gast und ich denke, wir kommen immer wieder.

Super Service, freundlich und absolut Gastorientiert, gutes Buffet mit regionalen Produkten angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Leckeres Grillbuffet mit abwechslungsreichen Speisen uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen Waren als nicht Hausgäste zwei Abende hintereinander zu viert zum Essen
