The hotel lost its four stars at least 10 years ago. It has two elevators that can accommodate 2 people for 13 floors. The old rooms have not been renovated and with air conditioning without power with a heat of 35-37 degrees. We were there the day we arrived in Bulgaria and they gave us a trout for dinner that could not be peeled or removed from the dry bones. And also on the last night of our stay, they gave us a bowl of lettuce with some strips of carrot, with nothing else in the salad and as a main course a shredded fish and they left plastic cups so that we could use a dispensing machine (similar to the that we have in our homes and offices), every time you got up from the table to put water in a plastic cup (not a glass). Let's go a disaster. Do not book even if they give it to you as a gift or offer it to you for €5.
