Avoid this hotel! I stayed there one night the 14th of April. They charged the room price twice and despite my several emails they have not returned my money. I have not received any answers from them for 2-3 weeks. Total silence!!

Cracked shower screen, reported nothing happened. Shower head had a mind of it's own, xtra bed had sharp screw, cut husbands leg whilst trying to access electric curtain control. Rotten door frame. If we had not paid I would have walked out. Staff in coffee shop were excellent though. Toilet pedestal not firmly screwed to floor. Very tired interior. Unimpressed

Buon hotel non proprio vicino al centro. Le camere erano confortevoli e la terrazza dava su un parco. Colazione buona. Abbiamo trovato porcheggio a poca distanza dall'hotel. Vista l'ora tarda di arrivo abbiamo mangiato discretamente nel ristorante dell'hotel

Muy dejado. Sucio. El desayuno regular y todo muy sucio, pegajoso y dejado. La tostadora y la cafetera no se limpian en dias. Se nota que falta personal para poder tener las cosas en minimas condiciones ya que la persona que limpia, es imposible que pueda con todo. Ella era amable. No lo recomendaría nunca.

Un trato pesimo. Llamamos un domingo a las 12:27 del mediodia para preguntar por disponibilidad para X fechas para reservar mediante un wonderbox y conocer la manera de actuar ante la reserva. La trabajadora nos comunica en una llamada de 3 minutos que hay 1 noche disponible y que mandemos un correo con el codigo de wonderbox sin explicarnos nada mas de su funcionamiento. Tras finalizar la llamada a las 12:30, redactamos el correo con el codigo de Wonderbox para la reserva. Preparamos el viaje con los desplazamientos y el Lunes a las 8 de la mañana nos indican que no hay habitaciones disponibles para la fecha solicitada y que por tanto no tenemos reserva. Tratando de aclarar lo sucedido en busca de una solucion, solo se dedican a echar balones fuera culpandonos a nosotros de no conocernos su politica de reserva y a decir que su empleada seguro se explico mal. No recomiendo para nada este lugar.

El domingo 23 de junio a las 12:27 del mediodia llamamos para preguntar por disponibilidad para reservar la noche del 27 de junio mediante un wonderbox y conocer la manera de actuar ante la reserva. La trabajadora nos comunica en una llamada de 3 minutos que hay 1 noche disponible y que mandemos un correo con el codigo de wonderbox o que llevemos el bono en persona sin explicarnos nada mas de su funcionamiento. Tras finalizar la llamada a las 12:30, redactamos el correo con el codigo de Wonderbox para la reserva. Viendo que había disponibilidad preparamos el viaje con los desplazamientos, visitas guiadas... El lunes a las 8 de la mañana nos indican que no hay habitaciones disponibles para la fecha solicitada y que por tanto no tenemos reserva. Tratando de aclarar lo sucedido en busca de una solución nos dirigimos a ellos por correo electrónico, siendo nula la respuesta. Acto seguido, llamamos por teléfono para intentar buscar una solución al problema que habían creado ellos y los perjudicados económicamente éramos nosotros. En dicha llamada solo echaban balones fuera culpandonos a nosotros de no conocernos su política de reservas, culparnos por organizar un viaje sin la confirmación de la reserva y a decir que su empleada seguro se explico mal. No recomiendo para nada este lugar.

Fuimos para celebrar un cumpleaños porque nuestra exoeriencia de unos años atrás habia sido correcta. Nos llevamos una gran decepción y disgusto. El ambiente y el servicio son pasables pero la comida es pésima y hasta en mal estado. Pasamos muy mal rato.
