"Location was ok as we landed at SFO around 10:30pm and just needed a place to stay before our flight on the next day. But beware you might not be able to get on the first hotel shuttle if you arriving in late-evening. There were quite some of airline crews staying at the hotel so the demand for shuttle could be a bit high during late-evening, i was lucky to get on but some had to wait 15 more mins for the next shuttle. Hotel & the room itself is a bit old, with loud squeaking sound every time i used the shower. Also seems the hotel does nickel & dime a little as they charge $4 for a small bottle of water if you are not their top tier members."

"Warm courteous welcome at front desk. Helpful and pleasant Housekeeping staff. Bed sheet and curtains appears dated and faded. Curtains had rips in it. Everything else was great."

"The facilities and hygiene were similar to expectations, but the airport shuttle bus was terrible! The distance was less than 5 kilometers, which should only take a few minutes, but the hotel front desk said it would take ten minutes. In the end, we went to many other hotels to pick people up, and ran to 6 hotels. It took half an hour to get to the airport. People who are in a hurry should be careful. The driver asked for a tip. It took half an hour to travel a few minutes, and I didn't even want to give him a tip."

"Excellent overall. The room was very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Location just minutes from the airport and rental car returns. It's a little isolated, but has what looks like a solid restaurant with a surprising variety of drinks and dishes. More restaurants are about 5 minutes away, on the way is parking for a pleasant bay walk. The only real complaint is the lable/signage on the hotel is out of date, reflecting previous management, so I wasted 5 minutes driving around; hopefully this gets this taken care of soon."

"We were highly let down by our reservation made through trip.com. The front desk made us wait over an hour due to a payment issue with one of the rooms booked through Trip.com. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly reached out to Trip.com for assistance. The customer service assured us of a callback, but unfortunately, we never received one. Moreover, neither the hotel front desk, preoccupied with other check-ins, nor Trip.com followed up on our case. We called Trip.com's customer service many times and finally got the room key. "

"I had a great trip here, the breakfast is delicious, I couldn’t get over how good the biscuits were with the sausage gravy! I could not get enough. And the lady at the front desk really helped me out."

"Good hotel for a one night stay and for the price. It is pretty old and would definitely need a refresh but it was clean overall. I’ve waited more than 40mns for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport, so be patient. Plus, and like most of the hotels that are close to the airport, it is quite noisy, especially during the night (I believe that the flights stop at 11:30PM)."

"Convenient location good restaurant I was in room 5011 Water Pressure was extremely low very difficult to wash shampoo out of my hair. Bed was comfortable. Tv and program selection was good. Airport shuttle was good"

The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay near SFO, but don't expect anything too fancy."

"The facility is a bit old, but the room is comfy. You had everything you need, and it is very close to the airport. the reception is really good, and the shuttle bus makes the transition very easy. If you are just staying in SanFrans for a short transition, you wouldn't go wrong to stay here."
