The staff was super friendly, every single one of them. Spacious rooms and walls are very sound proof. My only qualm is I wish the had better lighting. Soft white light bulbs should be used and if they had a dimmer switch on one would be nice.

It was a decent stay for one night. The room is a bit small but for an overnight trip we didn’t mind. They do have a grab and go breakfast which was ok. Also, when I got there, despite being 45 minutes after check in, my room still was not ready but after waiting a few minutes I was given my key. The only problem I had was with the building layout. As I was getting dressed. I noticed movement out the window and it was in the room beside our. We were in a corner room so you could see directly in. Other than this, no issues.

I think it is more reliable in Ctrip. Because of the language problem, if you can't find the room at the front desk, communication is a big problem. It's unclear. Foreigners will get off work when they arrive. It's not like Ctrip 7×24 hours, anyone at any time!
