They are currently upgrading the hotel, which is good, but I wish we had known this at the time of booking. We were dealing with an individual in a wheelchair, and the one elevator on property was serving a dual purpose of serving guests, and construction workers. The hotel was very helpful though, and would get the elevator to you asap if it was being blocked off for the construction, however, it would have been made aware of this situation prior to booking. The room was newly redone, spacious, and clean. There was a lot of noise from highway traffic, and off ramp though, even wearing earplugs. My room was also very cold. I had to put the thermostat up to 24.5, and the air conditioning still continuously came on. The person I was travelling with was on the floor below, and the temperature was set at 21.5, and it was comfortable. All in all though, it was great for our purposes, and once the construction is done it will be fine. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with any of our needs, and were very kind

We stay in newly renovated room and everything was clean breakfast top notch and beds extremely comfortable. Pool was refreshing and we enjoyed our stay at the property 10 out of 10 all day.

I like having a suite. It's nice to have a couch to relax and watch tv and a kitchen table with a mini kitchen.
The hotel is dated. They were working on some renovations between 11-3:30 where the elevator was not in service. I felt I should have known that when booking hotel.

Beds weren’t very comfortable. Floor of shower looked very dirty and we felt the need to use flip flops in there. Pool looked discoloured.

Run away, 0 stars
Checked in at 7pm, no attendant at counter for 20 minutes and no phone or bell at counter to request help. Stuck waiting with 2 kids at their bed time.
The first room we got had a smoke detector going off with low batteries 12 ft up and no night staff to deal with it. Had to repack everything and go back to the lobby for a new room.
Ants everywhere, woke up with ants on us.
Pull out couch is awful.
Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts we've had.
Even though we specifically requested no housekeeping, they let themselves in and woke up our napping 6 month old.
Our family in another room had no hot water in the shower.
Overall, terrible and stressful 2 day stay.

The hotel desperately needs renovation. Looks like the shower has never been upgraded/renovated. Carpets in the hallway are old and do not look very clean.
Breakfast was questionable
All in all, quite disappointing, definitely not be staying there again
