I have had really good time staying in this hotel. Facility, staffs & service are above expectation. Although I have one tiny little issue, which is only have one charging station. Obviously there are more EVs in Vancouver these day so, it would be a lot more convenient for EV drivers. At the end thanks for the hospitality!

This 38-day independent trip to Canada has been planned for a long time. It finally happened on July 13. The first stop is Vancouver, where I will stay for 9 days. Great location, easy access to a food court downstairs and also the Metropolis mall. Service is great, we requested for some toiletries and they came very fast. Easy to use app to communicate with the staff there, they are very friendly as well! Love the buffet breakfast, waitress was nice. The only downsides are the pools are bit small and not the cleanest we have seen. The gym is small comparing to the size of the hotel.
