great place clean room good food downstairs, ****** and gym , library. daily service . might be noisy if facing the port and occasionally lack of parking spots especially if your car is towing a trailer

First of all, when checking in, I had to use a credit card as a deposit, and I was asked to give the front desk the three-digit PIN on the back of the card. If I didn't tell him the PIN, he said he didn't trust him, and his attitude was not good. Finally, after a long communication, we paid 200 Australian dollars as a deposit (the booking check-in instructions clearly stated that the deposit was in cash). After entering the room, the air conditioner remote control was broken and could not be used at all. Communication with the front desk did not solve the problem. The room hygiene was also very poor
