This is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip to Hemu. The room was very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a sauna, a Dyson hair dryer, a SMEG refrigerator, L'Occitane shampoo and shower gel, and even a lint remover. The waiter is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is also very rich, and the kitten who likes to eat corn and eggs is very cute. The cakes at the Taoyuan Water Bar next door are all freshly baked here. The lights in the backyard at night are also very Nordic and fairy-tale-like. The path in the backyard leads directly to Hemu Bridge, which is much closer than taking the main road. If I have to say the disadvantages, it's that it's a bit noisy downstairs, the sound insulation is not good, the sound of closing the door or moving the table in the middle of the night is so loud that it feels like the house is shaking 😰 People here may go to bed late. I usually go to bed at 12 o'clock, but the noise lasts until about 2 o'clock, which makes me sleep poorly.

Every arrangement and design is full of heart❤️The lighting in the room is very warm. We moved here from the LOFT room next door which cost more than 4,000 yuan a night. There is really no comparison and no harm. Anman's yard is so beautiful, isn't it? Especially at night, with small light bulbs hung on the fir trees, you can check in on the wooden plank road lightly covered with snow, making all your friends in the circle of friends envious. If I could, I would really like to live here for a whole winter, slowly becoming dazed and growing old.

The bathroom is German Villeroy & Boch, the hair dryer is Dyson, the toiletries are L'Occitane, and the kitchen appliances are SMEG. They are all in my aesthetic taste. The housekeeper Shen Ji is also very considerate. He is very thoughtful and takes care of us. In the middle of the night, the children were hungry and helped us order and pick up meals. He also made oatmeal milk porridge for us and stayed with us until the second half of the night. He was available at any time. The time for this trip was too short. Next time I come, I must choose Anman B&B and stay a few more days.

Room fee + safety hazard + shirking responsibility! This hotel has completely destroyed my trust! "Hemuan Slow B&B" I had high expectations for this high-end hotel before checking in, but I experienced a ridiculous farce! After we checked in that night, the glass door of the bathroom suddenly exploded without any warning, and glass fragments flew all over the floor. The hotel did not reflect on the safety hazard, but insisted that we "used too much force" and demanded compensation for the bathroom door and shipping costs, as well as the loss of room rate! The price is less than ten thousand! It’s not that we can’t afford it, it’s just really unfair! The door is a consumable item! They are lucky that no consumers were hurt! Ironically, the room rate is as high as 4,000 yuan per night, but even basic safety guarantees cannot be provided: there are no warning signs on the glass doors, and the hotel cannot reflect on these safety hazards! The boss was indifferent during the communication, claiming that "it should be handled according to the procedure" and even hinted that he would call the police if the customer did not pay compensation, completely ignoring the customer's safety and experience. We considered ourselves unlucky when asked for compensation and were willing to pay 2,800 yuan for the door and shipping costs (to be honest, we just wanted to avoid getting angry during the New Year). However, the boss was relentless and called the police and threatened to sue us. We emphasized that we didn't break the door and that paying 2,800 yuan was the most we could do. We also said that we would introduce people around us to him in the future. The boss made it clear that this was not necessary and that they didn't care about these things unless we paid the money as they requested. This attitude is really arrogant. Here is a reminder to all travelers: high price ≠ high quality! This hotel's disregard for customer safety and shirking of responsibility do not deserve the "luxury service" it claims to provide. If you don't want to pay for the hotel's own defects, please choose carefully! Thanks to Uncle Hat for upholding justice after understanding the situation. In the end, the boss did not show up and asked the so-called housekeeper to call me and said that 2,800 was fine. What was he doing then? Let's put this aside. The service and the room price are seriously inconsistent. I have stayed in many B&Bs, including some high-end ones. This one is definitely the worst value for money. The beautiful scenery of Hemu belongs to Hemu. Every one of them is beautiful. Please choose this one carefully.

The hardware and software of the house are excellent, impeccable. The boss also lent us an electric car to go for a ride in the village, and afternoon tea was provided. It was a great experience~ There is also a sauna in the house, which is no problem in winter.
