Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu

After staying for 3 days and 2 nights, I am writing down some feedback on this experience on the way back: 1. Facilities: Holiday Inn is very new. I heard that it was opened only last year. The hardware facilities are first-class in the resort. A small suggestion: It is recommended to install a piston in the room sink to prevent rings from accidentally falling in. At that time, the toothpaste cap accidentally fell in. 2. Hygiene: The room hygiene is basically clean. Thank you for the hard work of the cleaning lady. Special thanks to the cleaning lady. I forgot to bring the room card when I was about to go skiing at around 10:00 on February 11. I originally wanted to go to the front desk to make a room card. At that time, the floor lady verified my identity and opened the door for me. I would like to express my gratitude here🙏. 3. Environment: I came to the Jikepulin International Ski Resort. The natural scenery, Burqin, known as the "Fairy Tale Border Town", is definitely a world-class Fengguang fairy tale dream. The matching Holiday Inn indoor rooms and hotel restaurant environment are also first-class in Hemu. 4. Service: Before check-in started on 2/9, my personal butler Arie contacted me to inquire about my check-in needs and travel arrangements. I arrived at the front desk around 18:00 on the 10th. The beautiful check-in lady Emily checked me in smoothly and efficiently. She told me that I could also participate in the lottery. I was lucky enough to win a ski ticket~haha...Dinner was in the Western restaurant. The buffet dinner was very attractive with Alaskan crab legs and freshly squeezed cantaloupe juice. The dishes and services provided by Chef Wu Tao, Chef Zhu Shunrong, and Brother Chen Yuansheng from the restaurant service team were impressive. They took the initiative to introduce the special tripe buns, delivered Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, and asked for feedback. In short, it was a very pleasant meal and stay. I originally planned to ski for two days in Hemu, but because the experience was so good, I stayed for another night. I thought that chain hotels would not have high expectations, but after checking in, I found this hotel to be the most satisfactory one on this trip. It was much more comfortable than the one in Hemu Old Village. The one I chose in Hemu Old Village was more expensive than this one. This is the first choice for bringing children. First of all, the room was larger than expected, with a large window facing the ski resort. It was very healing to wake up to the snow scenery every day. The room was planned to hang snow suits, gloves and other snow equipment, which was very considerate. The toilet was large and had a smart toilet, and there was plenty of hot water and heating. The hotel is very close to the East District Service Area, and you can walk directly from the first floor in less than five minutes. I skied for three days and went to both the East District and the West District. There were relatively more people in the West District and fewer people in the East District. If you want to go to the West District, you can also take a shuttle bus from the East District, which runs every 20 minutes. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of dishes, and you won't get tired of eating it for three days. I also tried the hotel's buffet dinner, which has hot pot beef and mutton. I really think it's worth the price of more than 200 yuan~ The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide ski resort tickets, but you can draw a lottery every day when you check in, and you can get one if you are lucky! ! ! I especially want to praise the service, which is very enthusiastic. Many problems can be solved one-on-one. I caught a cold on the second night, so I gave it away for two days. I especially want to praise Anan and Xiao Cui, whose service attitude is very good. The receptionist Ali is very handsome and positive. Finally: Jikepulin Ski Resort is really worth coming to, and the snow quality is not inferior to Hokkaido! ! The scenery is super beautiful! ! !

Nice hotel, the room has a great view, facing the ski resort, and it is very convenient to go directly to the East Hall from the first floor of the hotel. I would like to mention in particular that the freshly squeezed cantaloupe juice and watermelon juice provided at the hotel’s dinner buffet for two consecutive nights were so delicious. The juices in Guangdong are mostly diluted with water. There is a very friendly Cantonese-speaking staff in the restaurant, Gina in the lobby is also very warm and considerate, Luis, the floor supervisor, is also very friendly and enthusiastic, the room is also arranged very clean and comfortable, and the service attitude is very good. I will choose this place next time I come to Jikepurin.
