This hotel was such a great place to stay with my family. The facilities were clean and the workers were very friendly. The location was little far from the downtown area but highly recommended.

Clean and cozy hotel at a reasonable price
Clean and cozy hotel at a reasonable price with friendly staff willing to help! Room and private toilet & shower are pretty modern and bed is comfortable. The surroundings are quiet. Willing to come back to the hotel. A bit away from the city center but buses are available easily!

Great value for a creative mind!!
Theme rooms in detailed decor of each room when I got to experience two different rooms for two night staying by making two different reservations was great adventure.. loved old stylish dialing phones, though didn't get to call anywhere to dial out.. ^&^
Definitely showed proudly they care with heart and that carried down to maintaining quality level of cleaning. ^&^

Convenient parking, spacious place, big room, cheap price. But it is far from the city. The boss said taxis are quite expensive. Finally, I decided to drive into the city and park on the small road around the city. Breakfast was borrowed from the tea restaurant next door. It was so-so, but worth the price. This is a residential area, you can experience the rhythm of the locals.

I would never have thought that the hotel would be this clean. It is absolutely very good, from the sparkling clean room to the beds, from the corridor to the bathrooms and toilets. I read in the comments that the breakfast should be improved, but it is not relevant, they make a breakfast plate per person, everything is plentiful, we were 4 adults and 1 child, we will definitely come back. The only negative was the eggs at breakfast were over-boiled 😃😂 Thank you very much tok epik hotel, see you next year 🤗

There was a cleaning problem at the hotel. We booked two rooms and they forgot to clean one room :( then they helped us by moving us to another room but unfortunately the sink area was problematic even though the other room was cleaned. They didn't bother with the radiators. They said the heating was done with the air conditioner but unfortunately the air conditioner was on all night and we woke up with a headache.
