The female receptionists were flirting and laughing with my husband and as a wife i was so uncomfortable !! The girls are not professional and not suitable if the place is considered family friendly. I was stressed during the staying and didn’t want to engage with them especially their too comfortable behavior

The rooms & beds are perfect well / immaculate. The bathroom is very critical for me and I encountered a really hygienic and clean bathroom. The shower is big and flat footed. Breakfast was really good in the morning. Dinner, which you can buy as an extra a la carte if you wish, is very satisfactory. We had the chance to taste very delicious Old Anatolian Food prepared by "Hüseyin Şirin" Chef. I put a few photos of some of them below, you can examine them if you wish. Definitely a hotel I would recommend.

There is no valet. You have to park your car 1 km away from the hotel entrance, climb 45 steps and then go up a hill for about 500m. We paid for 2 rooms, both of them had a throat-burning smell that made it difficult to breathe. The rooms are very far from hygiene rules and it is a hotel that should even be inspected by the ministry. We will also write to CİMER. There were sunflower residues, hair, bristles, cigarette butts, cherry stalks and a lot of dirt on the floor. We took photos of everything and the front desk staff is also witnesses. The sinks are filthy. They did not change the room due to occupancy. We left the hotel and stayed at Divan Bursa. No refund was made either...

Otelin konumu, odaların temizliği ve kahvaltısı harika bunlara 5 yıldız veririz. Ancak ara tatil yoğunluğundan olsa gerek resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar oldukça gergin,sabırsızdılar;maalesef bir odamızı yanlış verdiler içeride insanlar vardı. Dileriz bir daha olmaz.
