Decent hotel and service. Check-in and check-out process was hassle-free.
Nice room (though there was an extra single bed accompanying the double bed in the room booked for 2 pax so it made space a bit tight). Relatively quite spacious bathroom.
Location was 20-30mins walk to Kozahan (silk market) and to the Kapali Carsi (Grand Bazaar) in Bursa.
Free outdoor parking is available though may be somewhat limited during peak season.
Breakfast was somewhat decent, nothing great but they can make an omelette or fried egg upon request.

The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the Grand Mosque (Ulu Camii), and the bus to the bus terminal (for those arriving from Istanbul) is only about a 15-minute drive away.
The hotel impresses with its particularly friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast, and clean rooms with modern amenities. It feels more like a 3-star superior or 4-star hotel to me.
One complaint: The wallpaper in my room was torn in one small spot, and the windows couldn't be closed tightly, which meant I could hear some street noise (passing cars). I like to bring earplugs/headphones for such cases.
Nevertheless, I would gladly book the hotel again due to the value for money and the good location.

We only stayed for three days, but very good hotel with the friendliest staff. The rooms were clean and the service was just great. They also offered free car parking service and Turkish thea throughout the day. The city sights are within walking distance. Would 10/10 recommend, hotel is worthy of 4 stars.

The best hotel experience in Bursa staying in this hotel is fantastic rooms are clean and hotel staff is warm welcoming I will definitely stay again here. Very convenient and near to Osman Ghazi Tomb. The breakfast is perfect and staff especially aycan dilek and turkan
