Incredible staff that helped us with getting around Bursa, good breakfast (turkish style! :)) overall a nice experience, good value for money. It's a good location also, city transport is easily accessible and the city centre is maybe 15-20 mins by walk. Th only complaint is smell in the bathroom, it not horrible but its there, you can turn on the ventilation and that helps a lot.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than four years at intervals. However, I have stayed at several hotels in Bursa. For the price, a service above expectations, kind staff, a clean breakfast room and also, if I am not mistaken, the kitchen of a lady named Aynur and the delicious breakfast menu.
