Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil. Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

The service was great and lovely stuff But Why you put alchool in the room for mini bar You need to pay Ok But with family and children room Its so bad I told reciption 2 times to remove it from room But they didnt remove from mini bar

Great hotel, very central and very comfortable. There's even a small private garden and free washing machine. It's the perfect place to rest after wandering in Bursa's bustling streets, especially in the middle of a long trip. Definitely recommend it.

It is located a little far from the center of Bursa, so you will need to take a taxi to get around. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, about 100TL. About 20 minutes by taxi from the bus terminal, 200TL The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Honey is served at breakfast. A satisfying selection of other fresh fruits and vegetables. I only stayed for one night, but I think you can feel the comfort of this hotel if you stay for two or more nights with two or more people. Next time I would like to stay with my partner.

If you like convenient location and good food, you can definitely choose to stay here. The Green Mosque is right outside the window, and there are countless delicacies hidden in the two old streets behind, such as lamb trotter soup, desserts, grilled liver, and Turkish coffee. The only drawback is that it is next to the road and it is not quiet at night, so light sleepers will not sleep well.

Ahmet the receptionist was very polite,friendly smile,good attitude👱🏻👍🏻 I need tissues and cutlery,delivery to the room was very fast🚀 The room was clean✨🛌✨ No refusal to check out an hour late⏰🥰 This is my first trip to Turkey as a woman, I feel the very good service attitude of the Turks. Ideal location in the old town. On the way to the hotel, immediately go to the parking lot. The hotel will give you a ticket for free exit. The famous Iskander kebab cafe is a 3-minute walk away. 1867. It is considered to be the best in Buos Iskander kebab. In the room there is a bathrobe and slippers. For three people only one shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. Breakfast buffet from 8 am

The hotel has private parking hence very comfortable for those who drive. The staff at the lobby were very friendly and helpful. The room's cleanliness and amenities were okay. We merely stay for one night and we have nothing to complain :) The breakfast is a standard Turkish breakfast (as per pic) and i think that is acceptable for the price we pay.
