It's okay, the location is good, very close to Chinatown, a two-minute walk. The house is older, but quite clean. The price/performance ratio is quite high. recommend!

Very nice and quiet despite the busy street out front. Location was great. Close to the restaurants, shops and the station. Located in a really old house a little dated but with a lot of character. Staff was really nice as well and helped out heaps.

This guest house was the worst we have ever stayed in. The room was like a dormitory with metal beds and very thin mattresses. The "en suite" was a toilet and shower inside a cupboard! Service appalling.

This is a half star accommodation . I cannot even give it one star. Dirty grounds with dead leaves and dead plants and windows that rattled the whole night long. TV screen is the size of 2 Pieces of A4 paper and overall looking like it is ready to be demolished

The place needs help!!!! Could not sleep the whole night because of noise being made by the other residents in the facility. Augments, loud music, drum beat machines .. it was just chaos. Toilets where broken and with no toilet paper…. Eiiiiiish.. it was just a disaster. Will never. Go back there.

We had a comfortable stay at this property and it was a very quiet and peaceful stay in a historical old building. The stay was worth what you are paying for as some of the facilities were worn out and needed some updating.
