The setting is exquisite - you will pass fields of livestock on your drive in. In the evenings, I walked down the road to soak it all in. There is a church with unique stained glass and Allison is very accommodating if you are interested in seeing the church. The room and bathroom have everything you need. Allison prepared a great breakfast.

We had an amazing stay. I would highly recommend. Alison treated us so well. The Farmhouse is spotless, beds incredibly comfortable. The breakfast home cooked, and delicious. Thank you , will definitely book again for the races next year.

A beautiful house Hull of character in a lovely village. Our room was very spacious and clean with our own bathroom. Approximately 7 miles from Newmarket so ideal for the racing or concerts. The host was friendly and a full English breakfast and cereals were available in the morning.
