I stayed one night and was utterly horrified to discover what appeared to be menstrual blood stains on the bedding. This is not just revolting—it’s an unforgivable breach of basic hygiene and cleanliness standards. I am shocked that a hotel would allow such a disgraceful oversight. No matter how decent the location or service, the presence of bloodstains is beyond inexcusable. I urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs, and I will never return. The bare minimum for any hotel is cleanliness, and they have failed spectacularly in that regard. This experience was nothing short of disgusting and left me deeply appalled. It is unacceptable and a clear sign of gross negligence.

Great location and great view from our unit. Was disappointed that we had to pay to use the pool but we didn’t have much time to do that anyways. Overall a good stay.

Residence is new, room is facilitated with advance technology. 4 pax yet Only 2 towels given for my entire stay.
No room cleaning services at all, not worth the price. 3 stars service apartment at the price of a 5 stars hotel.
There are much better options with this price.

The residences is fully equipped with all the things you need.
Kitchen are very good.
Automatic toilet is fantastic.
Some points to be concerned are:
- We booked for 4 people but hotel provided only 2 big bath towels with 4 small ones. We expect to get 4 big ones.
- No bathroom foot towel is provided.

Room with a great view. The place is clean, but there is a sewage smell and you’ll have to air the place every time you come back. You also have to clear your own trash. Coffee capsules only provided once. They do not clean your room unless you stay 4 nights minimum (1 complimentary cleaning). Overall I think it’s still great. Comes with heated flooring and you get to on the aircon as well. Toilets are great with warm showers.

Conveniently located and space is great for big groups. No washing machine and couldn’t find the plugs for the second room.
