Love the view from the apartment and the cosy and ample space for family with kids' needs. The apartment is spacious with a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and equipped with a washer and also jacuzzi in the balacony. The apartment is installed with the floor heater fully ready for cold winter. It is absolutely worth the money that we paid for and stayed in.

We booked two family rooms and were given rooms in different floors which is a bit of hassle for us. As i booked quite late, maybe they can give preferred rooms if booked early. Cleanliness - I will rate the room we got on the 4th floor excellent. The room is spacious and i prefer the layout and tile/marble flooring as opposed to carpeted. If you are a traveller suffering from allergic rhinitis, this will work out best. The other room we got is very new and I can smell paint smell and can see dust (construction dust, not sure?) so i prefer the other room over the other. Location - 4/5 Near the main haeundae area but still a bit of a walk compared to other hotels. Service - 3/3 - I prefer face to face front desk. They are quick to answer on some emails but not on some. Amenities - 4/5 for room amenities with washer, dryer , hair dryer , microwave , etc. However their spa and gym are paid which is a bit frustrating since the price for this property is almost or sometimes much expensive than other hotels that offered free use of their pools and gym. I think this will be decent accommodation if you are staying long term.
