The place was good didn't chase us for check out which is fantastic, this unit comes with big brand home equitment like Samsung and LG. Their heater is super good too, they let us have early check in knowing it is my birthday and a very late check out. Everything was new and well prepared. Every morning got towel at your door knob. If you go there you will sleep well because everything is new and quite branded good brand.

The hotel was amazing near the airport so just sleep over would be great.
Also the shower made me so happy after long travel, clean, hot water, cold water and beautiful.
Amenities, we have to pay or they don’t provide for some reason.

There’s not a single thing to criticize about the cleanliness. Full point! Everything was so clean, it felt like it had never been used before. While the location may not be ideal for touristic travel, transportation was super easy. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach a street full of restaurants, entertainment, and shopping centers.
Although I had a small issue with ID verification during check-in, the staff was extremely kind and quick to help.
Even though I didn’t use it, having room service and a breakfast restaurant is fantastic. It’s almost impossible to find these facilities in places like this.
Also, the room view was amazing. 💯

Clean and quiet, that's the most important thing for me. Helpful staff. There are two large grocery stores with ready-made food nearby: Home Plus and Emart. And a very cozy coffee shop “051” not far from the hotel. Metro station in 2-3 minutes.

My wife and I were in Seoul and did a side-trip to Busan. The Hotel H Avenue is located a very short walk away from the underground and overground trains, and located less than a kilometer from a part of town where there is are a huge range of food choices. Look for the APPLE OUTLET on a map, and you'll find plenty to eat around there.
The H Avenue seems pretty nearly brand new and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well fitted out. We had a family "suite" -- just a double bed and a 1 single bed. But it had a little kitchenette with an induction cooker, a microwave oven and ... a washing machine! Wifi is fast and reliable.
Next to reception, there is a small, well equipped gym if you fancy a work out.
Breakfast was included and pretty good - toast, cereal, juice, scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausages for western folks, plus rice and a few Asian choices.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
I rated the service 4 instead of 5, only because we were fairy self-contained, and didn't need much in the way of service. But, we didn't have any problems either.
