I arrived at around 4:20 AM and waited for about 30 minutes at the desk, calling the staff. I had the contact information for the person in charge of CCTV management, so I called them just in case, and they contacted the night staff. I checked in around 5 AM.
They asked me to write something down, so I did, and they talked about parking, and I only got a formal answer, and they gave me the room key, but I didn't apologize at all. I had booked the accommodation because they said the desk was open 24 hours, and they had a sign saying that the staff was resting from 3 PM to 4 PM. When I asked where they were, they said they were in an empty room, so I was pissed and tried to say something, but I held back. ㅎ
Friendship is a basic requirement in the service industry,
but kindness is secondary. I wasted 40 minutes outside because of them,
and they didn't even apologize, so why are they so confident? ㅋ
