Although the room is not as spacious as expected, it is clean and tidy. Because it is a sea view room, you can really lie down and watch the sunrise in the morning. Haeundae is very close, which is very convenient. You can go out to see the sea in the morning and evening. When there is sunshine, you can sit in the room without delay. You can really put down your phone, stare at the window, and wait for the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast buffet is also very rich, and the service is always smiling.

Amazing hotel! The best of Busan. Well located in front of the beach. Very nice pool and outdoor spa. Delicious bakery on the 1st floor. Rooms are confortable. Better staying on sea side than parking lot.

Thanks to Mr Dong-Yeop Lee the Duty Manager of Grand Josun Busan and his team Mr JinHun and Mr Seyoung for recovering my daughter favourite bed soft toy which was accidentally thrown together with the shower robes and sent to the laundry contractor for wash. Without way above their best efforts to go down to the laundry plant located a distance away from the hotel in the wee hours of the following day to check through every robe, I believe our trip to Busan as well as Seoul will not be a memorable trip. Your service is unparalleled and your effort to console and reassure the guest aftermath the promise of recovering the lost item is indeed well commendable! Beautiful hotel by the sea with great view, make sure you book ocean view, since you come all the way here, not like me booked Mountain View, regretful. Pools were nice, there are two pools one for family & one for adults. Great restaurants in walking distance, a walk by the shore was nice too. Staffs were okay friendly but you could tell this hotel does not expect to cater many foreigners…

5 stars hotel with 5 stars amenities such as Dyson hairdryer and diptyque toiletries. Nespresso machine and 4 different types of tea available each day. You can borrow a HDMI-iPhone cable to mirror to TV for YouTube/Netflix. Family room was queen and single beds. Daily snacks such as macaroons, chocolates or fruits. Concierge and check in/out service was polite and prompt. Short cut from hotel to LCT mall (towards Haeundae beach) was very handy. The mall has few shops opened such as a bakery, 7-11, and cafes. Hotel is in the building on far right in pic.

Advantages: 1. The hotel's exterior and lobby are nice, with a sense of high-end solemnity, suitable for business trips. 2. It was my first time taking a taxi in Korea, and the staff helped me book a taxi. I could pay with cash or credit card, which solved the problem of difficulty in taking a taxi (although I later downloaded Uber and used it successfully), which is very friendly for people who don't know how to take a taxi in Korea. 3. The breakfast environment is good. I personally think the food is OK, not amazing, but my colleagues think it is good. Problems: 1. Busan was so hot when I went there, and the lobby was cooler than the bedroom. In the morning, I had to take a shower and put on makeup because of the work environment. My God, I was sweating while taking a shower and putting on makeup. I couldn't put on makeup well. The air conditioner was very low and the temperature was similar to that of a decoration. It was really a bit frustrating. 2. The wind power of the hair dryer is a bit low, and I can't dry my hair in the morning. The wind power and speed are also a bit slow, which is really anxious for people who are going on a business trip. 3. I don't like bathrooms with bathtubs, but I feel that most traditional hotels in Korea have bathtubs. I wanted to use the shower head but couldn't pull it out for a long time, which was really anxious. In short, for someone who is used to using a shower head, it was really frustrating. I took a shower in a hurry. 4. I don't know if the welcome drink is the mineral water in the hotel bedroom? 5. I looked at the selling point of the hot spring coupon, but I didn't experience it because I was tired from traveling and didn't have suitable clothes. I felt a little regretful. 6. The room is not very big, there are many mirrors, and the design of the window is relatively antique, but can this paper paste really not be poked? 7. You can see some street views, but it's average. There are more karaoke rooms. I don't know why there are so many entertainment venues in the surrounding environment.

The service at this hotel was really good compared to other hotels. They were able to find my guest information from my previous stays at Lotte hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was built many years ago and the rooms are dated. The spa and sauna are free which are good but the pool access is chargeable at 30,000 KRW which isn’t a very attractive price. The room was upgraded, which was nice, that said I can’t really tell the differences.

The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent. They greeted us warmly and helped us with our luggage upon our arrival at 1:00 pm, and arranged for us to check in early. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was spacious. The bathroom was large and clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and the shower gel and body lotion provided were from well-known brands. The room was well-soundproofed, quiet, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in our room on the second day, with excellent service. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a remote area with no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so a taxi is necessary to get in and out.

The room is breathtaking. Arguably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed that we’ve decided to extend for an additional night. The resort is very self sufficient but good was pricey. Thankfully Uber was very efficient and not too costly, and Lotte Premium Mall is very nearby. Only issue was that there was no gym. You would have to take a shuttle to the other resort. Otherwise, it was a very memorable stay.
