AAnonymous User房間乾淨、環境挺好、唯一不滿意的地方、因為定的房間比較多、都是提前算好了定好的、房型不一樣、入住日期也不一樣、退房日期也不一樣、住的人也不一樣、家人比我先到店、我特意提前告知了家人預訂號、到酒店之後某一位前台居然隨意開的房、告知我們隨便我們自己房間怎麼調換都可以、但是至少你得告訴我哪個人住的哪間房、預訂號是哪個、我好去核對好退房日期什麼的對不對吧、結果這位前台極其不耐煩、如果都這樣亂七八糟開房、那麼請問我分開預訂的意義在哪？是、我們是可以自己隨意調換房間、但是退房日期不一樣、你隨意開的房、我怎麼知道哪間是哪間？我怎麼調？明明這個人還要繼續住但是你開的那間房到了退房時間了、我難不成還讓人換個房間還是？我看不到作為前台的專業度、態度極差、而且説句不好聽的、有規定是房間對應人對應身份證、都需要登記好的、這不是一個前台應該做到的本職工作？我不需要一個酒店服務有多麼多麼好、但是至少該做的本職工作做好吧？
