Facilities: This is the second time I stayed. Last time I didn't bring my children to live in a twin room. I felt pretty good, so this time I brought my children to choose a family room and brought a group of friends to live. But the family room may be less people, and the facilities are uncomfortable. As soon as the door is opened, there is a musty smell. There are no windows on the first floor and no ventilation. The lights are orange and not bright. There are windows on the wall on the second floor above the stairs, but they cannot be opened. The wardrobe is also a pungent smell as soon as it is opened. The hot water in the bath has been put for a long time before it is a bit hot. The most unbearable thing is the towel, look at the picture.

You can change the pillows according to your needs. I especially like the buckwheat pillows. The details are well done. The service is thoughtful, the waiters are warm and attentive, and they answer the questions in detail. There are snacks and drinks in the lobby and room, which are just right to relieve the fatigue caused by long-term driving. The breakfast has both northern and southern styles, and the dumplings are superb, even better than those in breakfast shops. Parking is convenient at the door, and there is a local snack street just a few minutes' walk away. A very satisfactory stay, which adds points to the impression of Lu'an. The hotel is conveniently located, 8 minutes by car from Lu'an Station, and it is also convenient to go to the mall. There is a food street within a few minutes' walk, which is convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel's facade is designed to be flat, the columns are tough and neat, and the lights in the lobby are shining, creating a quiet and warm home-coming atmosphere through the light and shadow layers. The lobby uses wooden elements, green plants and art ornaments to create a leisure space like an ”urban living room”.
2. ”Humanistic Guest Room” in the Smart Era
When I entered the room, the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows came into view, and I could directly see my car and the small garden outside. There were umbrellas and scales in the room, which was very considerate. There were not only tea leaves in the tea can, but also small candies underneath. The minibar was also standard, with cola, soda water and coconut water. There was also a mini humidifier and Xiao Ai classmate on the bedside table, which could replenish water and control smart guests.
3. ”Service ecology” with both movement and stillness
The laundry and gym on the underground first floor are equipped with Bluetooth speakers to soothe your mood and make waiting time more comfortable. The reception room in the lobby can be used for work and reception of guests. The lounge area is equipped with afternoon tea. There is a super large parking lot in the backyard, which saves the trouble of no parking space. The hotel also has a back garden, which is surrounded by green plants and is very comfortable.

The breakfast is very rich. The small chaos and cut fruits are deeply loved by me. The bowl of porridge and buns packed by the sister late at night are full of love ❤️. The local Lu'an Guapian in Lu'an is very fragrant. When I left the hotel, I learned that I was going to drive, and I made a cup of latte for me, which made my way home full of energy!

CCharliebabyThe environment is absolutely amazing. I didn't expect that there is such a beautiful hotel in Lu'an. I like the Chinese style very much. There is a view at every step. Living in it, you can feel the visual sense of an antique garden and modern luxury design. The room is very large. Looking at the flowers in the garden on the balcony is so intoxicating. The front desk service is particularly good. Ms. Sun at the front desk upgraded the lake view room for free. The male manager at the front desk is very enthusiastic. I called to consult about fishing before. He was very patient and gave the children souvenirs before leaving. It was a journey to Banwei, a Chinese garden hotel with aesthetic points everywhere. I look forward to coming again next time!

GGuest UserAdvantages of the homestay: It is first-class in Huoshan. If it is pet-friendly, it should be the first in Huoshan. The facilities in the room are top-notch, very new and great! The key point is to talk about the shortcomings: breakfast is not good, it seems that Jiugongge, creative, if there is no Jiugongge, the nine breakfasts will be scolded to death. The price of lunch and dinner is quite high, a bit beyond expectation. The homestay can see the scenery and surrounding scenery, and the squatting can say it is acceptable. In summary, if you go to Huoshan specifically, the best people take their dogs to Huoshan, this homestay is worth having. If you go to the B&B specifically, it is not worth it to go to the B&B for leisure.

The lobby is not only beautiful and chic, but also atmospheric. The foreman at the front desk is dedicated. If you have any needs, you can call and immediately respond.

GGuest UserThe hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful.
Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.
