"I've always had a soft spot for Sheraton. While the brand encompasses various types of properties, it's quite impressive to have a Sheraton in Yiyang, Hunan. I chose this hotel for three reasons: 1. It's relatively new, having opened in 2022. 2. It's conveniently located near the highway. 3. There are plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby. I opted for a room facing the residential area, which ensured a quieter stay. A special commendation goes to the security guard at the entrance, a tall and well-built gentleman whose last name I believe was Ou. He was incredibly helpful and dedicated, assisting us with our luggage."

"今年年假期間，我再次選擇入住益陽凱興至尊酒店，這已是我多次在此下榻。酒店一貫保持着高水準服務：前台工作人員態度禮貌且專業度高，辦理流程高效順暢；客房裝修精緻典雅，衞生狀況極佳，入住體驗舒適；自助早餐品類豐富多樣，且絕大多數餐食新鮮健康，能較好滿足日常營養需求，這些都讓我十分滿意。 不過，本次入住也發現明顯待改進之處：早餐時段，餐廳內多次出現客人吸煙的情況。首次發現時，我已向餐廳門口的男性工作人員反饋，希望其及時制止公共場所吸煙行為，但該工作人員未採取任何行動。次日早餐，餐廳內吸煙現象依舊，我拍照取證後向前台工作人員熊佳麗 進行了反映。 據此提出兩點建議：一是建議在餐廳牆面顯眼位置張貼“公共場所禁止吸煙”提示標識，強化禁煙氛圍；二是建議餐廳工作人員在發現吸煙行為時，手持“公共場所禁止吸煙”標識牌向吸煙者展示，並同步進行口頭提醒，切實維護文明、健康的用餐環境，提升所有客人的用餐體驗。"
