二、房間對停車場這麪較好，對另一面的話，矮樓層會有遮擋。
三、本次兩大兩小家庭出行，本來想定雙床，平台顯示沒有了，故訂的大床。
晚上入住時，聽説有雙床，但也未上系統，顧客提出想加錢升級，前台不同意，告知要退原訂單（已過退款時間），再重新在前台定（貴100塊）。
晚上十點多，有雙床空的情況下，看顧客四個人住大床不方便，並不積極主動協調和服務。"

"The hotel facilities and equipment are very good in all aspects, but the front desk and concierge services are extremely poor. Don't even think about getting a comfortable and proactive service from them. It's absolutely terrible. Anyone who goes there knows. You can even write a 500-word essay about it... I praise the hotel's guest room and engineering department. The service was very fast and they also sent an air purifier to help solve the problem in time. I give them these two stars, otherwise I wouldn't even want to give 0.5. The hotel doesn't have a car to go to the park. It takes about eight to ten minutes to walk with a baby. The decoration smell in the room and the corridor is particularly strong. The glue is mixed with composite wood and other smells. The room smell may be removed after a while, but the service is really super bad. I suggest that the hotel really train them well! ! ! !"

The welcome at the door will tell you how to drive to the hotel's parking lot, and then take the elevator to the hotel lobby on the second floor. I was a little tired after playing in Fangte, and I specially set a bathtub room to soak comfortably. The room is large, the equipment is very new and very comfortable.

The security guard was serious and responsible for salutes, and the front desk lady was warm and thoughtful and sent me to the room. Knowing that I had a cold, I also specially asked the chef to boil ginger soup for me to drive the cold. The breakfast was plentiful, the room was clean, the wifi speed was very strong, the facilities were very new, and the bed was very comfortable. It takes 10 minutes to drive to the city center. The sales and conference staff are professionally responsible. They are still helping us solve the meeting needs at two in the morning. Very touched. Book here next annual meeting! ! ! !

The receptionist was warm and professional, efficiently checking us in and upgrading our room. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The bathroom was clean and bright, with plenty of water. I especially loved the hotel's lazy panda theme; they even gave us a panda toy upon check-out. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Anyue!
