Dead RATS in the rooms,green dirty pool,very poor food, pasta and thin sliced chicken nearly transperen with veg or a spoonfull of mash, EVERYDAY , dessert always fruit or nothing, far away from everywhere,Arrogant manager,drainage smell in the rooms, electricity cessasion many times a day and night, rooms cleaned when reminded, brown toilet paper, toileteries zero In one word TERRIBLE

Odore di fogna che ti avvolge appena arrivi nei pressi....colazione che alla caritas la fanno meglio...cambiato camera 3 volte...acqua nn potabile con odore di uovo marcio, piscina latrina. Giustificazione: ehhh sa a Settembre.....Ma 80 euro a stanza nn pagati coi soldi del monopoli...avevo prenotato 4 notti , tramite agenzia che mi aveva consigliato "Marina di Butera è un posto carino...." Non esiste!!!!!Nei dintorni il nulla più totale...17Km a Gela,12 a Licata. Che disastro...

Sono stato in questo resort con la mia famiglia, agosto 2024 abbiamo pernottato per 2 notti. Avevo letto dei commenti negativi, nonostante ciò devo dire invece il contrario, posto con personale accogliente piscina pulita e stanze con vista piscina e mare. Ottimo posto da rifare

Esperienza meravigliosa. È un oasi di relax e coccole. Il personale è accogliente e disponibile, lo chef crea dei piatti belli e squisiti che coccolano la vista ed il palato. La struttura è ben estesa e gli spazi sono distribuiti benissimo. Dalle camere si accede con facilità sia al bar che al ristorante ma anche alla piscina ed al giardino. La piscina poi... offre un relax assoluto... Esperienza da ripetere.

Location da sogno Mal gestita Personale inesperiente Buffet di antipasti tutto freddo ed senza gusto Buffet piatti finiscono subito non si trova un Camieriere Capo sala maleducato Poi non parliamo della proprietaria ci interessano solo i soldi deve essere saldato tutto prima della mezzanotte solo perché a paura che non ci pagano l’evento. Risotto in sala senza gusto e sapore Ma non si puoi tenere uno chef così Gestione pessima
