環境，衞生，服務總體都非常不錯。但住宿中遇到的一個小問題建議改進。入住第二天早上起床時，智能語音控制無法使用，造成房間燈光無法開啟，手動開關也不好使，來回開關門並插拔房卡仍不好使。打前台電話召電工來重啟後才恢復正常，據電工師傅講之前也岀現過類似問題。建議酒店方要重視房間智能設施管理，特別要疏理系統管控邏輯，智控不好使時，手動必須優先，這可是基本常識。
