Hotel Zhero

The most wonderful boutique hotel. The staff are amazing and the gorgeous pool area makes it hard to leave for the day! Spent many a happy afternoon relaxing here. If you’re looking for a small friendly hotel with the personal touch in Majorca - look no further!

My wife and I have just returned from spending a very pleasant relaxing few days at Zhero. All the excellent staff could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. On first appearance the hotel looks good but is in need of some investment. It could do with of a fresh coat of paint on the exterior and with more modern balcony railings. There is no lift but that was no issue for us, however, the painted gloss stairs could do with gripper strips on them as they can be slippy. The rooms are pleasant, clean and simple. Our thanks to the cleaners who do a fantastic job. The tv did not work and could do with tea and coffee making facility in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. The shower was excellent and bathroom pleasant. Our balcony enjoyed a fantastic view across the bay but as I pointed out earlier the railing could do with upgrading. Maybe frosted toughened glass. The pool area was excellent and most relaxing with the the chilled vibe and relaxing tunes coming from the subtle speakers. The breakfast buffet choice was simple, healthy and first class and beautifully made and presented. Our complements to the excellent chef. As mentioned earlier , all the staff were fantastic , all smiles and went above their roles happily to ensure our stay was very enjoyable. Lucia ,Sonia, Dalila and Nadine were all the perfect hosts, very efficient and really looked after us and all the guests. All the team at the hotel left us with a lasting impression of a marvellously relaxing and happy stay at the Zhero in a great location. Muchas Gracias

My mom and I stayed here for two nights in June as my gift for graduating university. The hotel service was wonderful: Sonia, Nadine and Elena were all very accommodating to all our requests and made us feel welcome here. The breakfast foods were excellent, particularly the breads and croissants. Our room had a nice view of the Mediterranean and the hotel itself is well designed. However, the backdrop techno music that plays in the hotel and pool felt intrusive to us. Furthermore, the hotel decor consists of large images of models in swimsuits which felt as it catered towards men. Overall, the stay was good and we recommend this place aside from the few points I mentioned.

Just had a fabulous week here for my Granddaughters wedding (held across the road). 14 friends and family , 8 rooms including the amazing Pool suite. Excellent staff, good location and selection of food and drinks

This hotel was nice, and okay. Quite average for the cost (understandably, I get it was probably cheaper than a couple others in the area). But for me it was over €200 per night.. for a tiny tiny room.. and see below. (And I booked over 6 months in advance) but a few gripes / room for improvement. Room cost wasn’t including breakfast, which was €15pppd extra (above includes this expense) and actually breakfast wasn’t great.. just bacon and eggs for hot food which sat there for ages, wasn’t fresh. But continental side was fine albeit minimal choice. The coffees were nice though. (No coffee making in rooms available). Room was fine. Small. Bathroom flooded as shower tiny and was basically over the toilet, it was fine though. It did have a balcony too. My friends had a gorgeous big room (paid less than us but technically was an upgrade.. they booked even earlier than I did though!) Air con was cooler than outside but only just. (Think there’s a rule about this now though?) maids cleaned room daily with fresh towels which helped as we had to use more for the wet floor! Pool is lovely.. when you can get a sun bed. Only about 20 beds available. And one day the hotel had a MASSIVE party booked which meant we couldn’t use the seating area to eat lunch, and they had Loud music all day, it was fine as we were ok with music but it was certainly not a “relax” by the pool day!! They were extremely loud party of 50+ and took over the pool too. Felt uncomfortable and wasn’t offered anything even like a gesture drink for the inconvenience (the party were not hotel guests this was a separate booking) I think this should have been communicated to the hotel guests and a gesture made to be honest. Not great! It was fine. I wouldn’t go back due to the above. Just things they could improve on. Freshen up breakfast (as we paid extra for the not so great food!) and tell guests / offer a glass of something if they’re booking out the venue and pool.
