+ Friendly stuff and good location for kitesurfers. - old, unserviced accomamdations. Maintancence and renovation ist needed. Its too expensive for the actual circumstances . Dirty windows , dirty bathroom , rust and mold is everywhere . No secured parking space (it's outside , next to the street) ... As I said, stuff and location is good, but really old-school place , too expensive for what You get imho

cheap hotel, dirty, staff robin matthew talks nasty to the guests and not honest about the rates and funds received. I would never book here! there are many other legitimate places to stay. the food is not good, the staff is horrible, and not the ideal place all around

this place is a complete scam! they requested funds and then stated thatb they didn't recieve the funds and/or one of the employees took it. do not book this place! you will lose your money like I did! robin mathews is the person I dealt with and if this is how he trreats guests, run the. other way!!

We stayed here a couple of nights recently and had a great stay. Kenny was very kind and responsive. He was gentle and genuinely cares about his guests. The rooms are bare bones, a bit run down, but clean. A little noisy with the street noise, but overall a good room for the price. There's a nice patio to sit and watch the kiters and a really nice open restaurant and bar next door that we ate and drank at a lot. The swimming in front is really nice, but do it before the kiters come out at 4:00!!!! I'd say this is an ideal place to stay if you're a kiter, the kiting community is strong here at this corner of the ocean. I would recommend this Inn if you want something quaint, no frills, and a good price.
