Broome Beach Resort - Cable Beach, Broome

A delightful 2 night stay, grounds and pool are really lovely as was our apartment. Having a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment was a bonus, well equipped, including a good sized TV, microwave and all kitchen utensils. Clean, friendly and close to the beach and restaurants/cafes. Very comfortable, will be back 😄

This accom has so much potential and staff were obliging and friendly, however. Firstly problems with logging onto their wifi, no big deal & staff resolved immediately. Secondly refrigerator didn't work & staff couldn't replace as was weekend...we requested esky & ice which was supplied, no problems. Cleanliness left alot to be desired. Guys what about cleaning & scrubbing a bit more. The doors are so grimy I didn't want to touch them. Cups were so stained. Toilet bowl...have you heard of bleach to clean it. Location suited us very well, handy to beach & cafes etc. Were not offered discount as compensation for no refrigerator, that would have been a nice touch. Pity

Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere!! This place is very overpriced and very overrated. Reception staff rude and unhelpful when you have a problem . I reported a bed that moved away from the wall when I sat down , having just had major back surgery ( spinal fusion) I was worried I would fall if I sat down and bed moved from under me so had to put a chair between the beds and a table jammed against the end of the bed to stop it moving . 3 days later the morning we were leaving the handy man arrived with coasters to put under the legs The reception staff Never say they are sorry or they could have helped more just a “oh it mustn’t have been picked up by the maintenance staff.” Restaurants very over priced for what you get . Dark dingy rooms with no robes or slippers which you would expect at nearly $600 a night !! definitely not A 5 Star Resort would say more like a 3 but paying well over what it is worth . Never again Broome and Cable Beach resort you were a huge disappointment.

The unit we stayed in needs a really good clean. We stayed in off-season and there weren’t many other guests so I’m not sure why the unit wasn’t cleaned properly. Definitely not like the pictures on the website. Has real potential to be a great place. We paid 154,000 Qantas points for 4 nights (apparently equates to $1400!) Photos attached of some of the filth. Walls dirty, stains/splashes in kitchen, toilet. Fridge crisper broken and couldn’t use, and missing plastic tray on door that milk sits in. Linen was clean.

In desperate need of renovation. Rooms were not clean and TV broken. The gardens however are well maintained and quite beautiful. It is quiet though with a bus stop nearby for easy access to the town. Staff are friendly and helpful. Expensive for what it is.

Can’t rate this establishment and their staff highly enough. Friendly, overly helpful and accommodating. Our trip was marred with disasters but these people bent over backwards to help us. Accommodation was very clean, very comfortable and perfectly located near corner store, bus stop, tavern, liquor barn and Cable beach. We’ll prices. Highly recommend
