Pro: excellent views of surfer's beach and Arches.Con: construction next door on new building.Pro: pool ouside of unitCon: not heatedPro: full kitchenCon: lacking cooking essentials,even garbage bagsPro: king size bedCon: low quality, worn mattress Pro: fabulous Taco bar and heated swimming pool (belonging to another building)Summary: excellent location, beautiful landscaping and a short walk to the famous Sunset Monalisa restaurant.

Best view in Cabo San Lucas
My wife and I stayed for almost one month and enjoyed every day. This place has the best location and beautiful sunset views. Surfing waves and a cove to go swimming and snorkeling walking distance from this location. The host and management company were extremely easy to deal with and communicate with.
