Amazing staff and super fun environment. We had many different meals and also spent lots of time chilling at the pool They took great care of us and we didn't hang out at any other pool! A special thank you to Crililo, Miguel/Uriel, Reconico, Jose, and all the other great staff at the Playa Grande Ridge!

This is our second year back and look forward to next year!! We booked our room at the Ridge and it is worth every penny! The rooms are large and have a beautiful view and everyone is so welcoming and acommodating. Ureil up at the Ridge Bar was the best waiter! He took care of us all day and made us feel at home. It is hard to find good service now days and he went above and beyond. We looked forward to having him serve us each day!

Beautiful property! Clean, great service, wonderful food! Ofelia, Uriel at the ridge pool and Daniel at the main, beachside pool were amazing!!!! Really wonderful and friendly service!!! Definitely recommend!!!

The entire staff were excellent! Ofelia is so much fun and Jose is awesome. We had a great time on the ridge and everyone was so super eager to make us happy!! The bellboys,Maid service and front desk help are amazing!! The timeshare ladies were friendly and so nice to us. No pressure ever!! We will be back soon! Miss this place already!!

Wonderfull staff! Uriel was great, took such great care of us, and very personable. Ophellia was also great and friendly. Home away from home! The pools are wonderful good temperature..could use more hand rails into pool. Food is really good at the Ridge.

Great resort, food is delicious and service is great. The resort is very clean and lots of room by the pools. Our waitress, Ofelia, at the Ridge was absolutely wonderful! So kind, funny and easy to talk to! She took great care of us! Great views from the pools!

Everything was amazing at the Ridge! Food, drinks and service. We absolutely loved it and went every single day. Cerilo and Ofelia were great servers and kind people! You also have views of the ocean and the harbor. We loved the pina coladas, eggs Benedict, French toast and chilaquiles.
