Food was great. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that their sister hotel (Palmer) shut down the day after we arrived. That’s the hotel that has the Kids Club. There was no notice about the shut down anywhere on their websites. We would have booked a different hotel if we had known that there’s no kids club available

The resort and staff were great! What ever you do don’t go to the Walmart nearest to the resort head to the one by the marina. Overall great experience.

Great location. Family friendly. Swimmable beach but constantly getting asked to buy things from venders on beach. Very friendly staff. Beautiful view of Lands End arch. Great food. Nice 2 bedroom suite configuration for family of six. Check in time is stiff at 4:00 pm, dryer in room didn't work.

Top notch service. I love coming to Cabo and Villa Del Arco exceeded my expectations. The food selection was fantastic at each of the on site restaurants they have. From the outdoor taco bar, to the Neptune seafood restaurant. All really great food. Clean facility and friendly staff. Would DEFINITELY come back here and use ******* again. Thanks for such a great trip!

This resort is very thoughtful with their setting, its basically provide services to fit all of your needs, either you come with family with kids, young kids all have their space to play. A lot of food choices, beach are clean and beautiful, services are top notch friendly. I would recommend bring a lot of cash for tips because nothing compare when you can put smiles on the face of in all that serving you well

We checked in and went up to our room with our luggage and the room was occupied. Wasn’t a big deal but when I asked if we could be close to my sisters room they said we were in the same building which was close. It wasn’t close and since the original room was occupied they gave us a different room even further away.

The happy place! Everybody smiles and greets you, from wait-staff to grounds keepers. They cannot do enough for you to make your stay pleasant. The food is good to excellent, as noted by my putting on a few pounds.
My wife and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We always have the best time staying here. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. The pool is perfect and with a wonderful view. The spa is gorgeous
