Booked it then tried to cancel right away but wasn’t an option to do so. AC didn’t work. No blankets on the bed.. no towels and when I was given some they were stained & dirty! I felt dirty just being there.. wanted to just leave and go elsewhere.. 😡

This was the worst experience we had in Cabo! Ordered a room online and paid in full, had to change reservations last minute through *******. Once we got to hotel we were told we need to pay the entire room fee again (even though we had proof showing our payments). No English. Cockroaches and bugs everywhere. Ended up waiting 4 hours in the sun dealing with this experience. I recommend travelling into downtown cabo… Cabo Inn is basically same price, close to everything, clean, and amazingly friendly staff… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Avoid at all costs, its a long walk to the marina and its not child friendly at all I BOOKED a 2 double bed room and they charged me for my 2 little kids the same amount as for the room again. Bathroom full of mold, bugs in the room.we went to Cabo Inn later. Way better located and more friendly

Las instalaciones para nada son cómo se muestran en las fotos, no hay agua caliente, te dicen que lo van a solucionar y te dan largas, nos cambiaron de habitación porque en la primera que no asignaron no cerraba bien la puerta, después de el check out ya no te dejan ni entrar al baño, si quieres usarlo te quieren cobrar una noche extra, para nada lo recomiendo, toallas rotas, te piden dejar depósito en garantía por no ensuciar las toallas o las sábanas.
