Breakfast: fab! Staff: polite, attentive, nice! For the dog: fab location right next to a small (1.5km) walk along a stream for the quick morning and evening walk, 2 minutes away from La Dives to walk to the beach. Dogs are allowed in the bar area. Staff aren’t afraid or worried about dogs. For the humans: big pool, good choices of spa equipment. For the kids: table football, kids cinema… . All around great.

L hotel est correct mais pour un mercure il manque un peu de services , l’ ambiance est un peu froide , il manque un peu de relation9nel, dans la chambre la propretee et les finitions dans la salle de bain n’etaient pas au rdv , l espace spas un un peu petit surtout si l’hotel est complet par contre la salle fitness est superbe , dommage qu’il n’y est pas de restaurant . Le petit dejeuner est correct.

Séjour de 3 nuits gaché par l accueil on ne vous salue pas c est vous qui dites bonjour au receptionniste à part une dame à qui je l ai dit qui elle se fend d un bonjour. Au petit déj c est pas bonjour bon appétit les bases on est dans un 4 étoiles non c est une personne désinvolte qui mache du chewing gum qui vous dit c est bon vous pouvez y aller. La dame en tailleur glaciale qui ne décroche ni un bonjour ni un sourire qui se fait des cafés toutes les 15 min au buffet client quitte à le faire attendre jamais vu ça. Aprés ma remarque au dernier petit déj des BONJOURS tonitruants presques moqueurs. Méme une caissiére de supermarché vous dit bonjour aurevoir bonne journée ça un 4 étoiles???? Aucun repect du client allez au Mercure Trouville équipe pro et attentionnée

Hôtel bien rénové, chambre spacieuse et calme. Petit déjeuner top, orange pressé, gâteaux maison, fromages normands… Pour les journées pluvieuses, la piscine et l’espace spa (sauna, hamman) très appréciable. Localisation hypodrome, 2km du centre. Personnel très sympathique.

Nous venons d y passer 2 nuits ! Etablissement très agréable, personnel attentif, sympathique avec toujours un petit mot ! Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable ! Très copieux avec du choix autant salé que sucré ! L espace SPA est très appréciable ! Piscine, hammam et jacuzzi Dommage que certains clients s s'approprient le jacuzzi ( jusqu'à 2h30 !!) L hotel est situé à 20 min à pied du centre ville Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Excellent pour quelques jours de détente. Au calme avec vue sur l'hypodrôme. Pour compléter un restaurant aurait été le bienvenu. Le personnel était aux petits soine.

Das Hotel sieht von außen sehr in die Jahre gekommen aus, von innen ist es jedoch renoviert. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht, dass genügend Platz hatte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer bot ebenfalls ausreichend Platz. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Allerdings platze der Raum aus allen Nähten auf Grund der vielen Gäste. Dadurch war es extrem unruhig und ungemütlich. Den Pool hatten wir morgens fast für uns alleine. Für Familien ist das Hotel super, Paaren und Freunden würde ich denfitiv eine andere Unterkunft empfehlen. Der Name des Hotel und auch die Fotos haben bei mir hohe Erwartungen geweckt. Ganz so schick und glamourös ist es dann nicht ;-) ich würde es also 3-Sterne Hotel bewerten und würde einen etwas günstigeren Preis als angemessen empfinden. Das Personal war bis auf die eine Dame vom Empfang beim Check-out freundlich und hilfsbereit.
